Tony Luk, Head Chef at The Jade

Head Chef Tony Luk has been a professional chef for over 30 years. He showed much talent for culinary artistry at a very young age and proceeded to dazzle patrons at some of the most prestigious private dining rooms his native Hong Kong has to offer.

In 1995, he came to Vancouver and has worked as Head Chef at several top Chinese restaurants before finally finding a home at the Jade.

Here at the Jade he is known as "Master of Abalone" and has teamed up with Chef Mah to form a culinary tour de force that is second to none.
